We incorporate the equipment Oxi-Out

Oxi-out is innovative technology that extracts or removes light gases from wine (O2, N2, CO2). It functions by extracting these gasses through a cross current of nitrogen or by means of a vacuum system, or both.

We are able to eliminate up to 60% of concentration from dissolved oxygen. It also allows for carbonation, and adjusts to computer parameters if necessary.
